Fire Cadets is a uniformed youth group committed to helping young people aged 13-17 stay safe, healthy, resilient, be active within their communities, and inspire and support them to reach their full potential. We intent to achieve this by offering safe spaces, positive challenges, and opportunities that: Raise aspirations Build transferable skills Build personal resilience Encourage positive life choices Fire Cadets is run locally by Fire and Rescue services and supported by the National Fire Chiefs Council.
