The UKRO Festival of Rescue 2024 is being hosted by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service from the 27th – 28th September at the Historic Dockyard in Portsmouth. The two day showcase not only celebrates the skills, dedication and devotion of our firefighting heroes, who put their lives on the line to keep the public safe from harm on a daily basis, but will also be an opportunity for you to see our Fire Cadets taking part in the life saving Casualty Care Challenge.

There will be up to 12 teams with three cadets in each team taking part, and demonstrating their knowledge, communication skills, and their ability to stay calm under pressure.

As a charitable organisation UKRO (United Kingdom Rescue Organisation) prides itself in advancing professional rescue together through the direct benefits from the rescue challenge, education workshops and the UKRO Academy.
